The TSKgel Alpha-4000 column is packed with rigid, porous polymer beads which show minimal shrinkage or swelling in polar organic solvents (methanol, acetonitrile, DMSO, isopropanol, THF, and HFIP). This column is stable in a wide variety of organic solvents at concentrations up to 100%.

The TSKgel OligoDNA RP and TSKgel TMS-250 columns incorporate 5 μm or 10 μm spherical porous silica with 250Å pores to allow unhindered access by large oligonucleotides and proteins respectively.

TSKgel STAT columns were designed to increase throughput for high efficiency separations of biomolecules. The nonporous, hydrophilic base material provides superior performance at reduced analysis time.
