Plant pathology - nucleic acid extraction
I use the GenoGrinder for lysis of difficult samples such as seeds for nucleic acid extraction and it always performs. Only needs a short time so can cut sample grinding time down. It also comes with a variety of tube/plate holders so can do any format.

The effectiveness of this product has allowed us to quadruple our output through sample prep. This being one of the bottle necks of our process, the homogenizer allows our process to decrease in time and with high efficiency of homogenization. The customer service, which I believe also makes or breaks a product, was outstanding. The rep was able to further fine-tune the adjustments for our methods. This product is a must for dense plant material!
