A very high-quality and versatile piece of equipment.
Proteins in food
The main use is to assess nitrogen in food matrix by Kjeldahl method and acidity oils and peroxide value, as well. PROS: It is robust equipment with a high-quality design. It works properly. Direct methods make it easier for the routine work. CONS: It takes a long time to be familiar with it. The handbook is very large. Model with autosampler is not appropriate for us because of sample volume.
