ATPBind is a resin which can be used to eliminate ATP contamination from buffers and samples in order to give low backgrounds in sensitive assays that measure ATP; a single filtration through a column of ATPBind is usually sufficient to reduce high levels of ATP to very low values.
The resin works in a range of buffers, and is also unaffected by high salt concentrations. It is supplied pre-packed for convenience in 0.4g mini-columns, with Luer-lock fittings for easy attachment to syringes and pump systems. Each column will have an individual capacity of > 6µmoles of ATP.
