The microplates are easy and quickly to use with the multichannel pipette, we had no problems with cell growth. We use these microplates often for experiments which take up to one week without media change and found out that the reproducibility of the results in the corner wells, even sometimes the whole outer frame of rows and columns is not reliable, with media evaporation being more intensive in these wells. What I would find more helpful with these microplates is a better visibility of the figures for error elimination, for our purposes especially, where we have an individual set of components pipetted into each well. Nevertheless, it is a solid and quality product and I would recommend it to others and appreciate experience with this product from others.
