Here in HCS Pharma, we work with the Corning round bottom ULA plates to develop relevant 3D cell models for safety assessment and cancer research using High Content Screening. Automation was done with ease (both for medium renewal and imaging on our Micro XLS or Micro4 confocal from Molecular Devices). Assays are very robust, and were often setup quicker than expected.
