This kit is very good for bisulphite sequencing and very are very much happy with its results. This is exclusively good as we have generated good amount of results. Impressive results and easy to use and worry free
Primary cells and cell line
I had used this back in India and the results are always consistent and reproducible. But never had a chance to test with primary and cell lines. But here I have tried on both and surprisingly the results are great and reproducible. I love it. It's amazingly simple and easy to use.

Bisulfite conversion of human DNA
EZ DNA Methylation-Lightning™ Kit is the bisulfite conversion kit we have been using for years. It appeared that this is one of the kits producing pure converted DNA and would not affect downstream applications such as digital PCR which requires high purity of DNA. It is a bead-based method, which is much easier to use than others. We use it for different starting concentrations from 100 pg to 2000 ng. We get consistent results from this kit all the time.

Key to the fast workflow is the ready-to-use Lightning Conversion Reagent. No preparation is necessary, simply add this unique reagent to a DNA sample, wait about an hour, and let the reaction proceed to completion. DNA denaturation and bisulfite conversion processes are combined with added heat to facilitate rapid denaturation. Desulphonation and clean-up of the converted DNA is performed using a unique low-elution spin column. High yield, converted DNA is ideal for PCR, array, bisulfite and next generation sequencing, etc.
