Zetasizer Lab
Entry-level particle size and zeta potential analyzer with enhanced capabilities
Measuring the particle size of grinded graphite flakes
I had some struggles in measuring the particle size of grinded graphite flakes. I communicated with the Malvern Panalytical team in France and the US, both of which helped me understand more the experimentation and suggested so many beneficial solutions for the challenges I was facing.

Thank you for the review and I am glad that our technical support teams were able to assist you.
Analyze Nanoparticles size and zeta potential. As well as nanobodies.
The instrument is highly qualitative, so easy to use. You can use different modes (general purposes, multimodal). Unfortunately for more advanced modes you should add a MALS or SALS module. You can also purchase an additional module for molecular weight calculation. It's not easy though, seeing that the price of the instrument is already high. Plus, it would help if you had many consumables (Cuvettes) as they're not reusable. The software is really simple to use, we had a problem with it once, so we had to install it on another PC otherwise it works very well and is so easy to use. One thing I would have loved to get in the software is adding different samples in one report, unfortunately, it's not possible. For simple size and zeta potential measurement I would rate the instrument a 4/5. I took off the one star mainly for the price of the instrument and maybe some enhancement in the software.

Food and cosmetics
The data provided by zetasizer it is very important and interesting for any engineer that seeks understanding the behavior of some matters in the food or cosmetics field. I always believe that Zetasizer gives us all microfluid kpis and it's to us to use them in ways to develop our products. For example I developed a method using zetasizer to estimate the surface of any active carbon based on ASTM requirements. It is amazing.

Characterize the particle size of the synthesized nano materials
We have the Malvern zetasizer zs nano in our lab since 2013. I am using the instrument for characterizing nanomaterials, and I feel the instrument is working fabulous. We are also experiencing great services from the company and they are providing proper guidance about the handling techniques. Malvern Panalytical is conducting many online webinars regarding to the use of the Malvern zetasizer and related themes, and it is very useful for the recent updates in the field.

Thank you for the glowing review, Dr Karuppaiah, we are glad you are making good use of the system and appreciate our efforts to provide a great customer experience. Many thanks.
Drinking water treatment
We used the old model Zen 2600 in the lab which is discontinued but it is similar to the Zetasizer Lab. The results are reliable annd low maintenance. We used every 2 to 4 hours daily for 5 years, did not spend any penny in the PM or CM. The analyzer still works well and give correct results.

Analyze size and zeta potential in polymer science
High quality and reproducible results can be obtained. Especially, the experiment is easy to use and maintain. For ease of use, one can easily learn to perform after several minutes traning. For after-sales care, it did not need to have any maintenance for several years. Thus, we believe that it is good value for money.

Analyzing aggregation of lyophilized monoclonal antibodies
It is very easy to use, fast in analyzing both particle sizes and zeta potential, which is very useful for the aggregation of lyophilized monoclonal antibodies formulations. It is a nice addition to size-exclusion high-performance liquid chromatography and works very well as a complementary methods. The accessories are user-friendly and handy, and all the support is nice. Also, the software is easy to use, works fine, and gives you all the necessary information as quickly as possible.
