Plasmid extraction from shark cloning
I used this product several times and I love how easy it is. My absolute favorite thing is the different color reagents. Not only does it make the procedure look fun but it so easy to see which reagents I have used and if I missed a sample it is easy to tell. This product has worked well for simple plasmid extractions from cloning.

After a few years of working with miniprep cultures and isolating plasmid DNA from and having experience with multiple company's kits, I find myself returning to buy ZR Miniprep Classic because I have not had any failures in isolating plasmids. They always ended up pure and very concentrated (giving appropriate credit for Zymogen's column).

Great plasmid prep kit, the shape of the column means that there is no carry over of wash buffers. DNA concentration great and clean. Recommend scraping bacteria from plate and using directly to prep plasmid.
