I had brought this instrument back in 2019 and since then living a peaceful work life as it helped in identifying the exact water ppm level in my input Rm & Base oil and thus ensuring clear and bright Finished good. It has helped in achieving 100 % FTPR which is a key KPI. Talking of service, We have been purchasing a total care plan and the support extended by the engineer has been excellent and timely. You just need to work on timely submission of quotes and Invoices in order to ensure that customer can meet his OPEX expense month phasing timely. Also, the consumable cost is high. Should develop an alternate for the bottles consumed in this instrument.

The oven method is particularly suitable for samples that do not release their water until higher temperatures have been reached, for sparingly soluble samples, or those that react with the KF reagent.
