The kit contains IsoFast® Bst Polymerase, providing strong strand displacement capabilities, together with the highly active modified MMLV RTase Go. This mix is suitable for multiple displacement amplification, isothermal amplification, reverse transcription loop mediated isothermal amplification (RT-LAMP), molecular diagnostics and field diagnostics. This product is not suitable for PCR.
