The equipment is generally easy to use. I've been using Metrohm equipment for nearly 15 years and the switch from the Tiamo software to the new software was relatively seamless. The OMNIS is easy to load and easy to read off. The only thing I would say is I prefer the old solvatrode to the new electrode that is used as I find it easier to clean and manage. But that might just be a personal preference.

Great results but difficult into methods configuration
titration of EEW, water content with KF, isocyanate group content %
The equipment is user friendly with an high reproducibility of results, while the software is easier than the old one but there are a lot of operation to do for creation and configuration of new method and operation procedure. Further the link between calculation and results table is very difficult to set. The technical assistance on the software is very good and helpful

Can do wine analyses decently. Total sulfite analysis just doesn't work.
Free/Total Sulfite and ph/ Titratable acidity
I enjoy using this unit and it isn't too terrible to troubleshoot. However, the method for total sulfite does not work very well. We do research at our winery and need reliable numbers so this affects us greatly when researchers need to publish. Since Metrohm has been unable to fix the method, we have purchased another unit to perform total sulfite analysis.
