This is equipment is very effective. Before we purchased the equipment in our company, we used to titer lentiviral vectors using manual pipettes and depending on the number of samples to be processed, it would mean hand pipetting many samples and will find myself make errors here and there and will have to repeat some of the dilutions. When this equipment came in, we were trained on all its applications and my job has been made much easier. I have used the equipment to develop other assay dilution protocols that will require 2-3 step dilutions. This has saved a lot time and money which is now been used to focus on other experiments. Results are reproducible, and of high quality. My advice to others who do lots of repetitive hand pipetting handling little amounts of liquids, is that this equipment will do everything for you once you have developed your protocol. Ease of use is great. After sales care has been great because the Hamilton technicians are very responsive when we need help. Considering the time save and accuracy obtained in results, it’s worth the money.
